Frustrated with payment system

I know that the payment system is down online. However, I have on 3 separate occasions called Disney to make my final $400 payment. I have checked my credit card statement and the payment went from pending to not appearing at all and not being on my statement. I almost want to demand some kind of something from disney at this point like a park hopper because I will have to call again to make my payment. What should I do at this point....

Really??? You're joking, right?
 
I understand your frustration with the online system and calling always means spending time on hold. However, since you've attempted multiple payments that initially show as "pending" on your credit card statement and then disappear -- I'd be calling my credit card company. It sounds like payment is being declined by them, not necessarily an issue caused by Disney. Check that your card didn't expire last month, or you aren't over your limit if it's close to your statement closing date, or whatever other reason the status was pending then didn't complete. If it never hit your credit card then I'd be more inclined to blame Disney for entering the info wrong or something, but I'd be highly surprised if Disney is cancelling the transaction after it initially hits pending with your card account.

Disney has stated that it is on their end... We tried 2 different credit cards and their system is acting wonky for some reason. I get it that I probably am being unrealistic but the amount of hold time I have spent trying to pay for something that I can afford is what is frustrating me.

If you are this frustrated with the "amount of hold time I have spent..." on the phone, I fear you will be miserable with all the time you stand in lines waiting at Disney. You wait in lines for rides, you wait in lines to enter the theme parks, you wait in lines for transportation, you wait in line for QS food, you even wait in lines to use the rest rooms.
This may not be a good fit for your vacation.

Holding on the phone for a payment she already made, Disney accepted and now has not gone through I wouldn't compare to waiting in lines at Disney.

I know I am paying for the privilege of waiting in long lines... I have been to disney before I know what to expect... The fact that I have to make multiple attempts to get them to take my money is just a giant pain in the duppa

Great!! I am glad you are experienced and know "the ropes". I was afraid you wouldn't have a great trip. Disney is not for everyone

No I know how it is... I just think since I am trying up my loose ends (for my own sanity)... I would just expect that if I am trying to give them my hard earned money that they would willingly take it lol
