Frustrated with Disney Dinning (Vent)

I am really frustrated with Disney Dinning right now. I am taking my granddaughter to WDW for her graduation. I told her that we could do one "extra" thing. I made up a list of possibilities and she chose Lunch with an Imagineer. I tried to book it at 180 days +10 but couldn't. I was told that it could not be booked before 60 days out. That agreed with the dinning calculator that so many of us use.

I got up at 4:00 am to book it online at the 60 day mark. It would not work for me so I called and was told that I didn't calculate the days correctly and that I would have to call back today. I got up at 5:00 this morning and it was unavailable. I was told that I should have booked it at the 180 day mark. I took it with a grain of salt, but I did check it out again on the web site. Sure enough, I can book for August (well beyond 60 days) with availability, but my dates are full. This must be a recent change? This is cautionary tale for anyone looking to book in the future.

I know when I have booked it in the past it hasn't been available at 180 days but starts sometime after that- I think they load it in a month or 2 at a time. I think I was able to book it between 120 and 90 days out when I booked it a couple of years ago. It is one of those things that doesn't seem to have an exact day count.

I had to call to make all my ADR's and then went onto the website to pull them up to print out with the same thing as well not being able to pull them up. I can however see my resort ressie but not my dining so I called to verify and for my peace of mind that they were there which they are. Sounds like Disney needs a total refurbished website.

Try logging off the Disney website, deleting the cookies and temp internet files from your browser, and then log back on to see if your reservations will show up?
