Frustrated with DCL Website

I am unable to access my reservations on a particular computer. I have tried IE, Chrome and Firefox. My work computer which I shouldn't use is able to access my reservations.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix it? I have cleared my cache, temp files and rebooted the computer. All things the dcl people told me to do but it didn't work.

Clear the Disney cookie from your browser. Sometimes that works.

I would also suggest the clearing your cookies thing. At work sometimes my coworker sitting right next to me can access a site and I cannot, same internet, same server. After I clear my cookies it usually fixes it. Hope that works for you!

I am back on the phone with DCL and oh my goodness this is terrible. I have never asked to speak to a supervisor at DCL until now. This person was so unhelpful that it was ridiculous.

The DCL site was being cantankerous earlier today. i logged in to book a November, 2017, cruise. Chose my room, went to complete everything and it all went blank. Backed up, came back in and it was still blank. Cursed a couple of times, reloaded and there it was!

No. I have not tried again but it must be something with my computer. I could see it from another computer.

Did you clear your browsing history when you cleared the cache and cookies? I would imagine you did, given everything else you tried, but thought I'd ask anyway.

I am also unable to access my reservation s and it has been that way since this afternoon. Really frustrating. I have tried everything too.

It's also being weird with the 3, 4 and 5 night Mexico cruises in September and October. If you put in the info across the top of the home page, only the 7 night cruises show up.

I am also having issues. I tried different computers and browsers and every time I go to explore my cruise activities it just takes me back to my reservation page. I am not looking forward to calling Disney after reading the notes above.

Is your Flash updated? I think it still uses Flash (just guessing here, but trying to help).
