Do any of you find it hard to continue with these programs sometimes???? I've been waiting for months to receive rewards that should take only 6 weeks. I've emailed them and I keep getting the run around (if I get a reponse at all!). It's becoming increasingly more difficult to keep up the programs when I'm not getting payments! I'm almost ready to cashout AGAIN with one of these programs when I haven't even received my last gift certificate???

How do you find the motivation to continue? Or, maybe I should just stop??

The only RP I've not been paid by was FunnyMoney. They owe me $20. Life goes on.

Currently I play: MyPoints, MileSource, LuckyPoints, Memolink, CreationsRewards, MillersRewardShop, RewardTV and EMailPaysU.

I have not yet cashed out from EMailPaysU. It's really too slow and once I cash out, I'll be finished with it.

All the rest have a some point, sometimes 6 months, paid. MyPoints, Creations and Millers being the quickest. LuckyPoints was quick too. RTV has been quick and slower. MileSource and Memolink take forever!

I allow six months to get those. But with the way MileSource is going, I didn't cash out in time to make our October trip. Memolink might not make in time either, but there is still hope on that one.

I've thought about not playing MileSource because it is time consuming, but I make more than $100 a year with them, so even if I have to wait a long time, it's worth it to me.

Memolink, another slow pay, doesn't seem to take up a lot of time each day.

Well, anyway, there you have what I think and why I'm still at it.

Good luck!

Lori

MyPoints seems to be the only RP that pays on a timely basis. I've never waited longer than 3 weeks for a payment from them. On the other hand, I've had major problems with Blink and Milesource. I've quit Blink, and once I have enough points for Milesource, I'm quitting that program as well. I'm yet to cash out at CR or CttM, so I don't know how they are time-wise, but you're right, RP's are getting slower and slower at sending payments.

MileSource, Memolink and Blink take forever. I'm still waiting for rewards that I redeemed for in May and June from those programs. The only program that I ever got burned on was DA (owed me close to $60 when it shut down).

CR pays very quickly as does CTTM. MyPoints can take up to 6 weeks but I've never waited any longer than that for them. PCHPoints also paid very promptly. SearchCactus is a slow earner but they pay off regularly and eBates is another one that sticks to a regular payment schedule.

Yes, I do get discouraged. Especially when point earning opportunities are becoming fewer and further between unless you shop or do sign ups. But I figure that I'm getting something for a little investment of my time, so I really can't complain too much.

:( I finally qualified for 3 goZing surverys for a grand total of $5-- you then have to wait 8 weeks for them to send it to you :( Now its past the 8 weeks and status still says pending. Good grief.

Thanks everyone. I'm really frustrated........... I wasn't going to say the names of the 2 programs that are bugging me right now.......but the first is milesource. I absolutely can't get a response out of them. The other one is mypoints. It has been a month. It was pending for 3 weeks and was shipped 1.5 weeks ago and nothing yet. Argh! I'm really going nuts here! Has anyone gotten a recent reply from milesource????

Milesource has a new way of responding to customers. It is not via regular email. When you go to their "contact us" link and you email them thru it, you will receive an auto-reponse to your email that MileSource has.

It will contain a link to your support ticket. By checking on your support ticket, you can get answers to your questions and a possible resolution to your problem. I'm using it now to redeem my points because I keep getting sent back to the homepage when I try to do it. This is how I got my points back when GiveAnything failed to send the GCs I ordered. They have been slow in responding (taking up to a week) but they are answering my questions.

As for MyPoints, when your redemption is "pending" they are making sure that all points thet your have used for this redemption are legitimate. When the status goes from "pending" to "shipped", it only means that your redemption has been approved and your reward will be sent with the next batch of similar rewards.

Often you will see postings that everyone receives their MyPoints webbies on the same day, regardless of their redemtion date. Similarly, you will see people posting that that received similar GCs (gasoline cards, TRU or WalMart, etc.) via snail mail during a one week period. Like many programs, it appears that MyPoints sends their redemptions out in batches. If you happen to redeem just after a batch went out, it can be a long wait for your reward.

I have to say that I am glad that Blink changed their format. Because I hate wasting my time gaining so few points. I still have 38,000 pts and they can keep them. I am still waiting for a $10 web. I'll probably be full gray by the time I receive it. I love my points, lucky points - they pay in a timely manner and only takes seconds to do. Thanks to your trivia postings. I'll see how long before I get my first milesource redemption. I noticed RTV auctions seem to be getting higher and higher every month for the same prizes. Has anyone else noticed this??? Happy clicking!
