Hi, Fellow DISers!

Okay, so last weekend I posted about my reservation saga with CRO and how it took an hour and 40 minutes to make our ressies. This is our first family vacation to WDW.

We are resort hopping over the course of our two-week stay in Dec, using the MYW Premium Pkg.

When I made the reservation, I specifically said, "How exactly does this work, because I want to make sure that we're not paying double on the days that we change resorts, since you have to set up individual packages for that?" We're staying five nights at the GF, five nights at AKL and four nights at the WL.

I was told, "Oh, we've worked out the kinks with that; you definitely won't have overlapping charges and you don't need to make separate reservations!" So I was given ONE reservation number.

Fast forward to today, when I received our Reservation Confirmation in the mail...

1. I'm being charged for the appropriate number of nights at the resorts, but I'm being charged for two six-day MYW Premium Packages and one five-day MYW PP. That's 17 package days!!!! Technically, I should only have 15 days. :headache:

2. There is no mention on my RC or on the Disney website that I need to pay the $600 deposit that I was verbally told is due on 3/26. Both just mention a 10/5 package due date.

I'm about to pull my hair out! What should I do? Yes, I know that I need to call CRO, but is there some kind of special trick to get them to fix this? :confused3

Argh!

I would call and ask to speak to a manager, so you can get this all set up correctly. I hope you have fun.

I agree call and ask for a Supervisor, you will need someone with a little more experience than what you might get by taking the first available CRO agent.

FYI and to any others planning future trips. It is very easy for this to become confusing whey you do a package and stay at different resorts. If I was going to book a package I would pick one resort for the entire trip.

Give them a call. I had to do that with mine for December, because they complete messed it up by refunding my deposit instead of just transfering it from my May reservation that I'm not going on.

That is completly false advice. Give the first person you get a chance to help you. I manage a call center with 700 employees. There are very VERY few tasks that a manager can do extra that a first level associate can't do.

Just explain what you are trying to do and give them a chance.
