I called on Friday to make some changes to my reservation (activate a promo in place of a standard room rate and receive a small refund due to the change, add DME transportation info, and add room requests). I was on hold for about 45 min. and the entire call took about an hour. The CM was pleasant, and I have no complaints there, but I'm looking at my reservation now and not seeing the changes and feeling frustrated due to the long duration of the phone call - it's like I wasted my time! It still says that we are on a standard room rate (same price as before). I am not sure where to find the DME stuff anymore (just wanted to see if the CM added the information), and I know I won't be able to see the room requests. I'm trying to stay calm and think that it was the weekend and maybe not everything has gone through yet... But in the meantime, can anyone tell me where to find the DME info (to see if it's even there!) and/or let me know if this is pretty much the way it is when you make changes over a weekend? Thanks!
