Frustrated after call to WDW... no changes!

I called on Friday to make some changes to my reservation (activate a promo in place of a standard room rate and receive a small refund due to the change, add DME transportation info, and add room requests). I was on hold for about 45 min. and the entire call took about an hour. The CM was pleasant, and I have no complaints there, but I'm looking at my reservation now and not seeing the changes and feeling frustrated due to the long duration of the phone call - it's like I wasted my time! It still says that we are on a standard room rate (same price as before). I am not sure where to find the DME stuff anymore (just wanted to see if the CM added the information), and I know I won't be able to see the room requests. I'm trying to stay calm and think that it was the weekend and maybe not everything has gone through yet... But in the meantime, can anyone tell me where to find the DME info (to see if it's even there!) and/or let me know if this is pretty much the way it is when you make changes over a weekend? Thanks!
 
I use DU. They watch all promo's for me. I love getting an email saying " We were able to get a discount and there is now a credit of $XX on your account." out of the blue.

Is it too late to cancel that reservation and have DU make you another?

You won't see DME info. It doesn't show in MDE.
 

As crazy as it sounds, have you refreshed your screen? Logged out and back in?

I know when I added a day, I had to back out of the reservation and go back in.

It can take a few hours for changes to resort info to show up on MDE. I know this from experience. Your changes are made. Chill.:o
 
As others have said, often changes to your resort information do not show up right away in MDE. Give it a day, check back. Make sure you log out, and log back in as well.
 
You should be able to see DME in your online check in-->show details-->Your Resort Arrival-->Disney's Magical Express Transportation.

When I look at that, it just shows that I am using DME. It doesn't show any particular information as to flights or arrival times.
 
You may need to contact MyDisneyExperience support. Last week I added a day to a reservation and it didn't show on MDE and I didn't get a confirmation email. After one day, I called reservations and used the automated service which confirmed the added day. After a couple of days I called MDE support and they updated my account in less than a minute.
