Fruit Tart

I discovered a love for these on Celebrity Cruises. Now that our DS doesn't want to cruise anymore, I'm having serious withdrawals. Fortunately, I've seen pics of them from several locations at WDW. Where on property can I find the best fruit tarts? I told my DH that I'm tempted to book a buffet & only eat the tarts until I can't eat another bite. Maybe, I'll get sick of them & not miss Celebrity's any longer. FYI, the fruit tarts I'm looking for have a mini-pie shell, custard filling, & fresh fruit on top.

PS: Does anyone have a recipe to make them at home? I checked Allears & couldn't find one.

I'm pretty sure the Patisserie in France (Epcot) has fruit tarts. And I know I've seen them at the Boardwalk Bakery.

This is one from the bakery in Norway. It was a waffle cone shell dipped in dark chocolate filled with a super light and cream and not too sweet vanilla cream and topped with fresh berries....it was insanely fantastic!

The best one I have ever had was in Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion. It's called the Fruit Tulip. It's amazing. It's a shortbread cup with a chocolate lining. It has the most wonderful custard/pudding with excellent fruit.
