Hi,

We are going to DW for the first time July 8-15. We are planning 1 day at HS, 1 day at Epcot, 2 days at MK, 1 day at AK (might hop after naps for our boys as AK will be closed soon after). We have one other day that we are still undecided on, but were thinking perhaps hopping or another day at MK as we feel it has the most to offer for our family needs.

Having said that, I just saw that the FSF is returning this year and we definitely want to partake in as much as we can. My boys (2 and 5) both love Frozen and is at the top of the list in must see things.

If you have experience with it, how much time would you need to experience most of it? Not every thing but definitely the sing along, the frozen welcome and fireworks. Would 1 day be enough at HS or should we plan on hopping over there after the AK day or using our last flex day?

Any tips, suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

We did it last year and were able to do all the Frozen activities plus for 3 fast passes for other activities in one day. Our youngest was 4, so there is a chance your little will need to nap so I don't know if you are leaving the park for that.

You should definitely be able to do this in a day, even with the little ones. I have not seen what time the parade/processional will be, but last year, it was at 11 am, I think. This year I think I saw there will be 2, so you should plan on being at the earlier one. Schedule your FP for the sing along around that. The little ones can take a nap later in the afternoon and you can return for the fireworks. We were not planning to be back to WDW this Summer, but are returning just for Frozen Summer Fun (BIG Frozen fans here!)! Did not buy the FSF package last Summer since there were 12 of us, but did for this August! Can't wait!

I looked into the FSF premier package. Is it worth the money? What kind of reserved seating is it (front row, etc.) or does it just guarantee that you get to see the events without having to use a FP+. Are the refreshments included or just available for purchase?

Thanks

Yes, we will be leaving the park for afternoon naps. The day at HS we will be returning for dinner time. We will be going to Hollywood and Vine character meal for lunch time as well. I can't remember our ADR time off the top of my head though. Hopefully it doesn't interfere too much.

There is reserved seating for the package folks for the sing along and the processional. At least a reserved area for the processional. I assume it is standing for that, no seating. Snacks are included at the processional and then the dessert/drinks are included in the fireworks dessert party. For us, it is definitely worth it. We will take full advantage of the desserts/adult beverages. Plus, you get really cool credentials that the kids are excited about. You can definitely do FSF without the package, but we are excited to try the "extras" this Summer that come with the package.
