So - we have Frozen Fast Passes. Does anyone have any experience with what happens to Fast Pass waits when the ride continually breaks down? I have seen stories about being in the Fast Pass line for over an hour. This won't work for us and other plans that we have that day. Other rides have given us return at any time vouchers when that happens. Is Frozen doing this?

Thanks.

That happened during the first couple weeks it was open but I haven't seen waits like that since then. Several times I (or guests visiting us) have had the ride break down during the day and rode later (usually in the 8pm range) and never waited more than about 20-25 minutes (which seems to be about the standard for busy periods). The ride probably has about a 10-15 minute wait anyway after where FPP and standby lines merge. But yes, if it breaks down during your window you'll automatically get an anytime FPP that will be good there for the rest of the day, along with other Tier 1's if you choose to do those instead. I would recommend trying FEA often afterwards rather than at the end of the day just in case it happens to go down again then.
