Frozen Pre-Show Package

Thank you all for the feedback. I am thinking of booking this for me, my mother and my 9 year old daughter when we go in September. I hope people keep sharing their experiences.

Uhh no bathrooms?? :sad2:
Can you arrive only 45min or so before the show or does it have to be 1.5h?
I do suppose you can exit the venue and go meet Olaf?
We've booked the 2.30pm pre-show package. In my point of view, we are paying for neither having to run and queue forever to get fastpasses(and for the proper showtime) nor standing one hour in line before the show and that's fine for me.
Indeed, healthy snacks would be great.

I was thinking about doing the pre-show lunch package. Are there any threads with information about that or do they combine the groups or something before entering the show?

Thank you for the review. A group of us booked it for August 20. Can you tell me about the food and wine/beer? Did you think your seats were good?

There was popcorn and about three or four "fancy" snow cone options. I didn't have any alcohol but every adult received an alcohol voucher. I think I saw beer and maybe wine...sorry I can't help there.

There is a huge difference between being "the first ones let in" and seating after "the special needs group".

I didn't have that experience at all. Maybe we just had a smaller group of special needs seating? We definitely had first picks.

This would make a huge difference and I'm wondering which it is or which it is supposed to be. Prior to the paid options the seating order was VIP (guests of performers and paid VIP tours) then those in wheelchairs not transferring followed by transferring wheelchairs and other "special needs", then the main queue.

The VIP group is usually pretty small but can sometimes be large if there are several families with tour guides, and the amount of "special needs" groups has carried drastically for the shows I've seen, sometimes just a handful, other times the roped off waiting area can be full. I would have thought paid options would be in either very first or behind the VIP, but being behind potentially a hundred or two people makes it much less valuable.

I'm hoping that they will take the feedback and make sure that the paid guests consistently enter first. I'm not sure what happened on our day, but we headed over when they said we would, and we weren't first.

You can arrive whenever you want, but you are gambling a bit since you don't know how many people are in your group. We had a 12:05 and arrived at 12:20 because the kids wanted to ride the Luigi ride, which had a short wait for a change. If it had been a large group, we would have been waiting for snacks, drinks, and photos.

I am posting this in all 3 frozen pre-show threads since I am not sure who, if anyone, will have the answer. :)

Someone mentioned that the pre-show only guests had different "tags" than the luncheon and pre-show guests. I am wondering if there was any designation between the different groups when going to the theater to get seats. To clarify, did the luncheon guests have the first opportunity to find seats before the pre-show only guests. I hope this makes sense.

We still haven't been to see Frozen yet and I am trying to gather all of the information before deciding what package to do. Thank you!!
