Frozen Merchandise at DW question

We will be at DW next Saturday for 4 days. I have the Elsa dress but I want the tiara. We are meeting AE on Tuesday. Is there a number that I can call while we are there that can tell me if the tiara is available and where at? TIA

I'm not sure if it's still there, but there was a desk in the World of Disney - Jewelry Department (Downtown Disney) where they could look items up on a computer data base and/or call around. On occasion, cast members in other large stores have also tried to find me things.
