Frozen meet and greet epcot 2015

I know there was initially rumours about this happening…just wondering if it is still true??

According to Disney it is happening, but not until 2016.

According to Disney, the ride itself is scheduled for "early 2016". M&G was less clear but I inferred it to also open in the same timeframe--I could easily be wrong.
