Frozen Items In Stock!!!

I dont know if this has been posted yet but Lots of stuff in stock at Disney store online!!!

Well...they were in stock. From the time time it took me to put stuff in my cart and purchase it, most of the stuff I was going to order was gone!

I had four items to purchase (only two that were frozen) and when I checked out it told me they had 0 of a popular item and to please reduce my quantity but it didn't tell me which item they were out of! Argh! And then to make it more frustrating, if I were to remove any single item then I would lose my 10% cardholder discount and my free shipping discount. I just decided to forget the whole order.

I got the Anna and Elsa barbies. I really need the Elsa dress but I don't think that was even in stock at all. Oh we'll my dd should be thrilled next week (her birthday) to even get the dolls.

Disney Store really needs to start allowing for backorders. I WANT to give them my money and they aren't taking it!!! At least let us pay for it and reserve a damn item so when it comes in it just ships directly to us!

I really wonder how much of this stuff is being bought up by people just wanting to resell it at higher prices? I checked the website last night and none of that stuff was there...it's crazy that so much is already gone. All I wanted was the Olaf shirt for my son! Geez

Probably a lot. Disney needs to flood the market quicker so the resell value drops and these hoarders are stuck in the mud. Otherwise these small-stock releases are just going to get bought up quickly like this week after week.

It's damn amazing, I threw a bunch of stuff in the bag and was yelling at the pc as it was loading the payment page cause it was taking too long!!! Forgot I was at work, ooops! I wonder if the stores are stocked up - looks like I have new plans for lunch!!

But I'm with PP, take my money and put me on back order!!!

They don't want to accept payment for merchandise they don't have available to ship and for which they likely don't know/have a predicted arrival date. Disappointing for the potential customer, but it makes sense from a business point of view.

Do you have a JC Penney near you that has the Disney section? I just saw the Olaf shirts in my local store yesterday.

I'm going back to Disney and Epcot on the 26th. I was there yesterday and there were a TON of olaf shirts for boys in Norway!

Companies take backorders and pre-orders all of the time. Plus Frozen is incredibly popular and the risk to Disney is low. I don't buy this argument.

I would check again tonight and first thing in the morning...I gotta believe they will restock with the movie being released tomorrow. I think they were holding all the stuff that was online today for the release of the movie.

I've been trying to get an Elsa dress, I called merchandise ordering, they have them in, in the size I need, but won't sell it to me over the phone. Said there is a hold on phone orders for frozen stuff.

Isn't it possible to call someone at the stores at Disney and they will ship an item to you if they have it? I thought I read that somewhere...maybe I will try that if it's a possibility and jcpenney doesn't have any. Thanks!!
