I froze some raspberries in December when they looked really good and were on sale (Did the whole flash freeze thing first and they look like they held up really well). I was going to bake today, make some muffins with those berries, but IDK if we will be able to eat that many muffin, so is it ok if I freeze the muffins with the previously frozen berries? Will it be bad? Change the taste? Thanks!

Yes you can definatley do this. I make blueberry muffins with frozen bleberries all the time and then freeze some of the muffins.

Yes, once you freeze once and cook them, then you can refreeze. The basic rule is not to just refreeze defrosted food. If it's been cooked after the first freezing then it can be refrozen.
