I'm wondering if I can take my husbands entry ticket into the park and get us 2 FPs for meeting Anna And Elsa while he and our daughter get ready for the day back at the hotel? Neither one are morning people, while I'm up at the crack of dawn with the baby, thought this would be a better use of our time.

When we went last week, they said that only one person had to wait in line to obtain the fast pass but that they must have all tickets and all tickets must have been scanned to enter the park already.

One person per ticket and they were very serious about it when I was there a couple of days ago. Also serious about return times. Make sure you make it within the stated times. They turned away people who were a couple of minutes late.

Your park ticket needs to be activated at the park gates I believe for that day so whilst your husband does not need to be in line he would need to have come into the park so his park ticket shows that he has entered for the day.

So then can I have his ticket scanned and activated while he's back at the hotel, or does he have to enter the park with me?

Your husband would have to enter the park to activate his ticket. When you get the FP, they will ask if there is any children without tickets.
