Frozen Fireworks

Please forgive me if the answer is here somewhere, but I am super confused. Kenny the Pirate has the Frozen Fireworks starting at 7:45 during the week of August 23, but his calendar is the only one showing it this early. I am trying to figure out the timeing for all of the fireworks displays and want to make sure I get my family to this one. I usually do not stress any of the shows, we always manage to get to them, but we have never seen this one. Can anyone help?

9:30 PM per the current DHS Times Guide.

It won't be dark at 7:45 PM in August.
