Frozen Fireworks at DHS through Christmas?

We’re extending some favorite elements of Frozen Summer Fun LIVE!, too, so that guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios can continue singing along to “Frozen” songs with Queen Elsa and Princess Anna. Wandering Oaken’s will set up shop closer to the show through the holiday season and will feature a larger play area with real snow (in Florida!).

Does this mean they're keeping the fireworks going through the holidays? If so I may have to adjust my plans...

It's already been officially extended through the end of September, and that's likely what the article was referencing. To my knowledge, there has been no official announcement of an extension beyond September.

With today's announcement of a 'Frozen' attraction in the Norway Pavilion, Tom Staggs said some of the Frozen Summer Fun elements will be extended.

I wouldn't think they would extend them because of the lights...but we shall see. I have a feeling it will just be the sing a long, the store, the skating etc. No parade and no FWKs.

Ugh. . . As an October traveler, I had been able to at least eliminate Frozen from my planning and strategizing. . . . My niece has discovered the Frozen movie and now i guess I get to search some threads about the Frozen Summer Fun!

There is nothing in the announcement at all about extending the fireworks.

It refers only to the singalong and Wandering Oaken's (in a new location, with snow but apparently no ice rink).

I would guess from that announcement, since the fireworks were not specifically mentioned, that they will NOT be continuing past 9/28.

I'd hold until we know more about what will be available. I'm there the first week too - I'm hoping for fireworks but I think that is a no but if it is I want to see them. I've never been at DHS for a special fireworks event.

Please say it's ending so RD can get back to being worthwhile at DHS.

I hope so! It will be the perfect outcome for my day on Oct 8. FP for Anna and Elsa at MK on Oct 7 and then FP for Sing Along on Oct 8, with hopefully no other fuss

I was able to book a fast pass for the First Time In Forever Sing Along today for October 16th. It took a little juggling and a few scary moments of I hope I don't lose my TSM fast pass but it worked.
