I asked my DD to attend the meet & greet with me in hopes of introducing her to your DD. Mine refused to come, of course!
But then a couple days ago she showed me some photos the teens had been posting on their own Facebook page -- taking after their parents, sort of? -- and I recognized your daughter's first name. "Oh yeah, I think I met her on the first day!" DD said. Just had to do it her own way. My DS 11 has been mourning his absence from the Edge. The only thing that is keeping his spirits up is knowing we booked an Eastern Caribbean on the Fantasy for next summer.
Though we didn't hear about the FE exchange until too late, we made one anyway, and also gathered some great ideas so we'll be ready next year. Though they were so awesome, guess beanies won't be a hit in the Caribbean, however.......Did anyone happen to get a photo of the Sawyer glacier calving into the water in Tracy Arm (that they'd be willing to share?)? I saw and heard it, but didn't get the camera aimed & focused in time.
What a wonderful trip we had. Thanks everyone for the FE gifts, so much fun to find a surprise when we returned to our room. So many creative ideas. Will use again.
Will absolutely being going back someday.
