What time does Frozen Ever After open? Do you have to wait until the World opens up or is it open when Epcot first opens?

Norway is the only country that is fully open at 9. There's a rope up past Norway and on the other side you can get breakfast at France so there's a rope past France

9AM, and don't worry about the FP lane making the SB longer - no FP's til after 11AM!!

We are staying at BC so what would be the best way to get there? Also should this be our rope drop ride or would Soarin, or Test Track be a better choice?

How are lines during the first 2 hours before FP is filtered in? Can you judge from looking at the line how long it will take? I know when i waited we were barely inside and it took about an hour. So if there is no line coming out the door and they aren't doing FP, is it a reasonable assumption that the wait will be under 30?

It builds quick. I usually see it be a steady 45-90 min by the first 30 or 60 min that the park opens. It's hard to judge the wait based on the line by seeing it since you can't really see inside past the door. It's a lot easier to judge rides like 7dmt or Peter Pan. I'd say if the Frozen line is out the door you're looking at 60+ min. Anything inside you really don't know because you don't know if there's only 30 people inside or if it's backed up to right before the door

You can enter through WS and the International Gateway. No need to go any other way.

Correct. But yes, until 11:00 everything in WS is closed except for the bakery in France and FEA and Akershus in Norway. So yes, you enter the IG, you don't need to take a bus to the front. What I meant by walk all the way around is you can't then walk through the WS, from France to Norway. There is a rope across France. You have to go through UK, Canada, across the WS plaza in to Mexico to get to Norway.
