Frozen Ever After Question

I have seen posts about getting to Epcot for Rope Drop to get to FEA first. I'm confused because I thought it's in World Showcase which doesn't open until 11:00am? If Epcot opens at 9:00am, are people having to go wait 2 more hours to get into World Showcase for FEA?

We are going next week and I wanted to clear up that confusion before I go. Thanks!

Norway and Mexico serve breakfast. Both rides open at 9.00 because of that.

Actually, I think it's the other way around - Mexico & Norway serve breakfast because FEA opens at 9!

FEA is also open for morning EMH. Last Thursday I got to Epcot before EMH rope drop. I headed right to FEA (not running or rushing because it was my first morning of my trip and I did not want to start the day out like a total crazy person) and looking at my photo pass pic from the ride, I was on it at 8:40.
