Assuming Frozen Ever After will be opening May 1st, will fastpass+ be offered in advance?

Very doubtful that it opens until late May...and most likely that FPs won't be available until it opens/has a FIRM opening date.

However, it's all speculation right now.

You can't assume that it will be open by May 1.

Furious at who? Seeing as they've released no opening by date I'm not sure how you could be angry or who you'd be angry at. Disappointed for certain but no one should be assuming it will be open by any specific date.

Most of the rumors have been May 1st for opening date. Obviously it's only a rumor but that's what most are assuming (or hoping for) including me going in mid-May. I'll be happy if it's in soft opening and no FP! available yet.

Sadly the rumor board is saying summer 2016 now, which could mean June, July or August

And I'm pretty sure this rumor was based off an arbitrary post by one of the crowd calendar sites there they'd entered May 1st as a place holder when doing their touring plan updates, not by any announcement from Disney.

No the DIS parent site WDWinfo as well as other Disney news sites. Anything posted randomly on the boards I would consider speculation not rumor. Regardless it looks like those reports and rumors have changed to "Summer".

May 1 may be pushing it...I would think it wouldn't open officially until late May or early June. Unless it comes from Disney it isn't official.
