According to the reservation website there is zero availability between now and September. What's up with that?

The release dates for this particular party are fairly delayed and they seem to be only releasing 1 month at a time. The dates for our March trip weren't released until into February, and I think they've just opened up April's dates. Here's the link to the main Frozen dessert party thread. Lots of info on there!
