FROZEN Character Meals

Any Frozen Character Meals expected? I know this probably has a thread somewhere if so, could someone send me the link? I haven't been on the board since our last vacation in July 2014, mour trip was the best ever due to this board.

I keep hoping they will end up at Akershus in Norway, but I haven't heard or read anything about this (just wishful thinking). We love breakfast at Akershus and they would be a fantastic addition to the restaurant Fingers crossed that one day soon they will be there

In fact, I wish every character meal restaurant would have at least one meal a day or one day a week character free for the rest of us to enjoy. How about no characters after 8pm?

No, they will not. Disney would have done it long since had they intention.

No Frozen character meals expected, although Epcot will have a large, newly constructed meet and greet area for the sisters, so it does not appear they will be at Akershus as well.

There is a travel agency (or maybe several agencies) that has been arranging a private event for its clients that features the Frozen characters.

They're building a huge M&G Hall in Froway just for the sisters. Why would they also have them at Akershus, just a few feet away?

Well, to be fair, you can meet Cindy at PFT and she's a few feet away as well.

I still think the odds of having Anna and Elsa in both their Summerhaus and in Akershus are pretty low.

I still think it would be nice to have a Frozen Character Meal...I know my kids would go crazy over it...they could have Olaf as the "greeter" and then Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Hans in the meal walking around, LOL...If Disney's is looking to make a buck (which we all know they are, lol) they could charge outrageous prices for this and people would more than likely pay for it, lol. I know we would (we are always on the dining plan), but still its better than a FP and you would get to meet the other characters of Frozen besides just the sisters. That being said I wish there would be more of a prince counterpart in Disney as well as the Princesses. Like Tangle...Flynn Rider had just of big as a part in the movie as Rapunzel did, he should be at some of the Meet & Greets w/ Rapunzel...and Tiana meets in the afternoons with Prince Naveen and he was a frog for most of that movie, lol...I guess I just feel Flynn Rider is more popular than Prince Naveen and I think there should be more Princes in the parks as well as Princesses, but we know that will never happen, lol...oh well 1 can dream!

I don't think I would pay more than other meals, but I agree with you on the Princes, my daughter's favorite movie is Tangled and she would love to meet Flynn, heard he is mainly there at Valentine's and a couple of special events, at times we cannot go, my girls are 16 and 22, you never outgrow Disney

LOL I only said people would pay more because of all the hype of Breakfast at BOG...I think they charge outrageous prices and yet people are still paying them, LOL...we usually get the dining plan so we don't really worry about prices but even I wouldn't do BOG breakfast, lol

My opinion is that they'd never do a DDP-eligible character meal for Frozen.

They'd do something like a Juvie Glitter version of Club Villain, straight cash only.

My family consists of myself, husband, 20 year old son, and 13 year old son.... we go to 2 to 3 character meals each year at WDW.... and we would LOVE to see a Frozen character meal!! Yeas they are more expensive than other meals... but we always have such a great time with the characters. These are always some of our favorite photos each year!

Not likely now, but if Akershus were to start losing money/reservations... that place would become the FROZEN CHARACTER BREAKFAST! MEET ANNA, ELSA, OLAF, KRISTOFF! GET YOUR PICTURE TAKEN WITH A STATUE OF A REINDEER!

Probably true... at least for now. But with all the cost increases and service decreases that could change in a hurry.
