Frozen cavalcade change at Epcot?

I just read an article that they are no longer having the Frozen cavalcade at Epcot. It said that you can see Anna socially distanced by Sommerhaus.

What about Elsa? Does anyone know if you can see her? My good friend is there now and her DD is Elsa obsessed. They will go see frozen ever after at HS, but were hoping to see her at Epcot too.

Just a note:
Frozen Ever After is at Epcot. (It's the ride in Norway.)
Frozen Sing-Along is at DHS.

Elsa has been spotted at the Sommerhus in Epcot doing socially distanced meet and greets.
