Frost Warning for Central Florida Tonite

The Today Show said that the wind chill factor this morning for Central Florida was 25! And they have frost warnings out again for over night tonite when the temperature is expected to go below freezing.

Quite a few years ago we spent almost 3 weeks in the Disney area. We experienced every kind of weather possible. Beautiful sunshine while enjoying the outdoor pool, Heavy rain and flooding, and a morning of frost on the windshield -- walking around the parks in winter coat, gloves, and hats. This was all within a 3 week period!

Just got back from Orlando yesterday. Arrived Saturday night and when I walked out of the airport all I said to my DH was that the 1/18/03 cruisers must be FREEZING on the water now. We had temps on Sunday in the low 60's and was quite cold at night, considering I came from 12 degree temps I still thought it was quite cold.

During my most recent visit to WDW (in early December), the overnight temperature at Orlando Airport was 32 degrees with a wind chill of 23. I imagine that it's a bit chilly over at Castaway Cay too.

I am an hour north of Orlando. It is 26, windchill 17 right now (4:30 am). You know our blood thins out in all the warm weather so it is coooooooooold!! Even the dogs don't want to go out!

We're actually having a DEEP FREEZE in Orlando. The current actual temp is 28!

This is depressing! Up North we are freezing and in our dreams we go to Florida to get warm and our dream place is also frigid cold. NO NO NO. I want warm weather. We need pixie dust people! *******Kathy
