Frontier Airlines??

Has anyone had any experience with Frontier Airlines-good, bad, so-so? They have good fares to Orlando in January, so I was wondering about them. Thanks for any and all input!

We like Frontier a lot! I fly them for business and it is our first choice for family travel. We have taken Frontier to Boston as a family and are taking them to Orlando in October (from Denver.). They still offer that personal touch and even on a crowded flight you feel like you are being treated like a human.

We had a horrible experince with Frontier and will not fly them. The ticket agent was so rude we ended up going to their headquarters and talking to someone about it. However-as you'll read on these boards many a time-all airlines have their problems and everyone has good and bad experiences. Good luck whatever you choose.
