According to allears.net it is (407) 827-7700, and the UOG agrees. Hope this helps

That's not the number for the front desk. Disney doesn't publish the 'real' phone numbers for its resorts; all calls to the published numbers go to a call center. They'll answer as "Disney's Old Key West Resort", and will only put you through to the resort if it's something they can't help you with.
