My husband is keen on doing this but I have some doubts. It is expensive and I was wondering what it is like diving down in it. If anyone can give me some pointers.

Also anyone doing the Highlights of Costa Rica or the Aireal Tram?

We are doing the Nature Reserve & Aerial Tram.

Happy Friday everyone! Long week with a few bumps and a big pot hole but I think I have come out on the other side. To some, I am sure that the jury is still out.

We are doing the helmet dive at DePalm in Aruba - I am really looking forward to that one. We are doing the Costa Rica Favorites with the arial tram and the boat. I am not looking forward to the bus ride either but hopefully it will go by quickly - and it will be a nice bus!

Hi all. Today I am headed down to Disneyland. If it were not for the fact it is Pin Trading Night I would not be going. It is the first night the Halloween Party and Red Shirt weekend according to DW, but I owe my friend a bunch if pins and there is a DVC pin he wants and is worried it is going to sell out so since he is not a DVC member I have to get it for him. Today DW booked 4 excursions for herself. She us not going to do anything Aruba. Me I have decided not to do any. Looks like I will be enjoying an empty ship in the ports, and that is what I was hoping for.

@ Happy Goofy - we did the sub in St. Thomas as well. It was a windy choppy day, but once we got in the sub and went below the surface you didn't feel any rocking at all. It was very smooth. We had a great time and even had a black-tipped reef shark follow the sub for awhile. We also saw sea turtles, a huge sting ray and tons of fish.

Alan please Keep the Huntsville spot. Mom lives there and it will be easier to see her. Have 1 week to go on the excursions. But I think Mom and I will do the stingray at CC. We have a rental in Aruba, CR hoping to do the jungle cruise, Manzanillo- nothing and then do the cooking in PV. and the whale watch in Cabo then 2 nights at GCV. Big Game tomorow. Alabama and Florida. Would love to see Alabama play the night we are in Aruba.

We'll do our best to keep Airtran here until SW fully takes over. We've flown with them once already and have another flight booked with them for our trip in Nov. We plan on utilizing them for all of our WDW trips.

What cities we fly to when we take over AirTran is well above my Paygrade. I have no influance what so ever over this one. It will be great to see Alabama play, ummmm, I mean lose to my Ohio State Buckeyes the night we are in Aruba.

Dateline - Old Key West

Since the last deluge early in the week, the weather has been glorious - sunny, not too hot, and low humidity . Sadly, today is the last day before we start home. Despite the fact this is about my 50th trip in 10 years AND I have the PC cruise to look forward to - I am REALLY bummed to be leaving. DH is already looking forward to being home, whilst I am clinging to here like the grim death.

Yesterday, we spent the day eating way too much in EPCOT. It was soft opening for food and wine fest and I'll tell you the offerings are Yummy. Highlights were souvlaki chicken in Greece, lobster pie in Ireland, and an absolutely authentic Nurnberger wurst in Germany. By night time, though, the crowds (and the drunks) were out in force, so we fled.

Glad you are enjoying your vacation! Have safe travels home.

Did some bargain shopping today and found some great buys at Penneys.

Went to see You Again and out to eat with a good friend who also lost her husband shortly before Garry. We have been friends for years and enjoy doing things together. It was a beautiiful day, but supposed to be in the 40's tomorrow!

Alan, I envy you the ease of a trip to Disneyland! I have friends who can do that too and I so wish I could do either Disneyland or Walt Disney World at will!
