We are staying at SSR and have a early morning ADR for CMC (7:30). What is going to be the easiest/fastest way to get there? The busses at DTD won't be running yet. :confused3 Should we just take the first park bus we see and then get on the BCV bus from the park?

Take the bus to DHS & then take the boat over or walk. There is a walking path that takes you along the river to the Boardwalk Resorts.

I second the "take a cab" suggestion, especially if you have children or seniors in your party. You can take Disney transportation after the breakfast to your next destination. Cost of the cab should be less than $20, including tip and IMHO, well worth it.

The buses may not be running to the DHS early enough for you to boat or walk to the BCV in time to make a 7:30 am reservation. Boats don't start until about an hour before park opening, so that may not even be an option for you. It's about a 20-25 minute boat ride (once the boat starts moving) and will take about 30 minutes to walk (at a fairly brisk pace).

I agree. Take $10-$15 and call a cab. An early ressie is difficult to make if bus hoping. Believe, I have tried. Just too much, IMHO.

It was more difficult than I imagined to take the first theme park bus in the early AM and then try to switch to the resort I wanted to get to. I went from the Dolphin to MK. The bus that stopped at the OKW spot at MK wasn't going to be returning to OKW.

The driver directed me to a CM who seemed to be coordinating things. I had a distance to walk to where this person was standing, and he had to figure out which bus was going to be dispatched to pick up at OKW. I went to a designated bus stop and waited ~ 15 minutes before a bus came that was going to OKW. It took at least 50 minutes, once I boarded the bus at the Dolphin. Do the cab.
