From POR to AKL in the AM

I want to eat at BOMA for breakfast on the morning we are going to AK.

I would also like to be at AK for rope drop... Is it possible? If so, what time should I make ressies, and what transportation stops do I need to make?

I would recommend going to rope drop first, then taking in a couple of attractions, then having breakfast at Boma later in the morning, say 10:30.

If you want to do breakfast first, then the best solution will be a 7:00 am reservation at Boma. Take a taxi to AKL from POR, then bus over to AK from AKL.

I have done it both ways; I prefer to do rope drop at AK, get part of the park done - go on the bus over to AKL for mid-morning breakfast, then go back and do the remainder of the park.
