have a great day!!

I know your family will miss you so much. I am glad mine are at least on the same side of the country.

I like at least a day on return from a trip to just be at home to recuperate!

Yes, they sure will ! I think they do already and we haven't even left yet lol

Nice updates :thumbsup2

BLT pool is soo pretty ! I can see why the girls enjoyed themselves soo much !

More pictures from around and about.

All the pictures are great but this is my favourite! Amazing!

Your view of the fireworks would have been fantastic.

It sounds like you had a great weekend. I'm glad you got to spend time with your girls. Brooklynn's hair is so cute. She looks so grown up.

I love the swimming pictures at BLT. It looks like Brooklynn and Bella had a great time.

Awwww Brooklynn's big girl haircut is adorable!!! It looks super bouncy :goodvibes I am sure she can still walk with purpose ;)

Looks like a fun weekend...minus the Church Lady :sad2: She just had "that look" on her face :scared1:

What a fun rest of your evening spent at BLT with Wigd and Shocker :)
Your fireworks pictures turned out just fine....that is what mine look like too ;)

Great view from the lounge....can't wait to check that out someday!! :thumbsup2

Tracy

I bet those fireworks were amazing from there. Very cool.

We stopped going to that street festival for several years for all of the proselytizing done there. I love Madison so much. I love that it is a small Southern town and like most Southern towns church is a huge part of your life and your community. But most people either have a church family or are not looking. My church doesn't even do a booth (the private school that it is affiliated with does). I just can't handle all of the brow beating. I especially don't like ti when they come up to you like they are going to give your kid something and then start asking questions about where you go to church, are you saved. It just turns me off. I guess because I love my church so much and would never switch I just wish I could avoid it and I wish the street festival could just be fun. I don't mind that all of the churches are there but I wish they would keep their questions to themselves unless someone comes up to them to inquire.

Your pics of the fireworks are just fine:thumbsup2 I have a fireworks setting on my camera & they still come out blurry!!

Very nice presents:)

Tanya not a Disney person :eek: I bet she is now:laughing:

Congratulations on your good grades. :teacher:

When are you going to Puerto Rico?

Do you need to meet outside a park when we come? I didn't know what your ticket situation was, and we will be outside the parks every day for a while to see Trent, since he won't have a ticket except for one day.
Thank you. I'll be leaving for Puerto Rico on Saturday the 9th (our 3 year anniversary) and returning on Tuesday the 12th just in time for the next term to start on the 13th.

As of now, it shouldn't be a problem. My dad wants to go to Aloha Aisle so he'll let me in. If anything changes, I'll let you know.

When you go to 'Ohana for dinner next summer, make sure you have a VERY empty stomach! Everything is soooo delicious from beginning to end and there's a lot of food. YUM! It's my favorite dinner!

This is really good advice!:thumbsup2 That bread pudding at the end is my favorite part, and I don't usually eat deserts :goodvibes

Surprise! I am sure you thought I had fallen off the face of the earth. I have been lurking on the boards, but have not bee keeping up with trip reports. I have been very busy with work. I just transitioned to partner so I am a big girl now. Having a little one in school is very hectic too. I have no excuses and I have missed posting with everyone. How have you all been? I have not read the whole report, but I saw Brooklyn's hair and it is adorable!! I saw her books too. Cooper's school sent home a Scholastic order form and I ordered a ton of books. I felt like a kid again. I loved the book sale at school. Little did I know that they would send one home every 3 weeks!! I guess I need to scale back this time. I promise to keep up now as much as I can. :lovestruc

Great update! Your view was AMAZING. And, I love Brooklyn's haircut, too.
Does she like it? Abby got her haircut like that once (to be like me), but after 2 days said she wanted her long hair back. One year later, I think we are there:).

Oh MeMom and Jill I finally got caught up to the very end!! I did it! Well to the very moment and your last post, that is!!! NOW I can stay current!!! Great 4th of July extravaganza, seems like you did so much, with Epcot, and then BLT and visiting with WigD and Shocker! SO much fun!!! I really loved BLT and WigD is right, just being able to walk to the MK is worth it! I am glad you liked Contempo Cafe! It is one of our favorites, very relaxing area. The fireworks from the observation deck are fabulous, and the 4th of July fireworks probably amazing!!!

Brooklynn's hair is adorable!!! TOOO cute! Your weekend does look like so much fun! I will say I chuckled about the car show... my guys would never have left, and we would have spent the whole afternoon there.

Your EPCOT photos just kept squealing!! I cannot wait to be there again! I love Epcot. Thanks for all the photos!!!

Jim Shore, I have to get myself a Disney Christmas Santa. I think that will be my next Santa. But like WigD says -- I hate paying full price!!!

Hurray for more! I can't wait!

The next installment will come when Jill gets the next chance to do pictures. I've done all that she put up.

We will be in Epcot two weeks from today. :cool1:

We did have a full day on the Fourth. Next year, as much as the Fourth was fun, I am hoping we can wait until later in July and be there on my birthday.

Yes, that situation MUST be rectified!

Trent texted that they went to Princess birthday party the other day, and Tanya took a picture of the food. She then looked at him and said, "I just took a picture of the food." I think she surprised herself. ;)

They are supposed to be going to Animal Kingdom with us on Sunday, the 17th. She's not much on walking around for a long time, so they may leave earlier than us or do more indoor attractions.

I know how short a 4 day trips feels. Tomorrow is my last full day of part I. Luckily I will be back Sun. and have 3 more. After that, my future is unknown but I hope to get back sooner than later.

You will love Ohana. It is back on my positive list. The server makes the meal and 2 great and 1 not so great is still great to me.

I will get a picture Mon. while I am there !!!! I couldn't get one when the guide pointed it out because we were on Segways and he would not let us.

I hope you are having a marvelous and magical time. Watching the over-the-wall construction will be interesting.

We are very much looking forward to 'Ohana. We also plan to do Mickey's Backyard BBQ next summer, and we'll have to do a breakfast somewhere, but that hasn't been decided yet. The first two are pretty set, I think.

I love Brooklyn's hair! So, so cute!

The fireworks view was awesome! So nice of W&S to share it with you!

They made us feel right at home. ::yes::

I used to love the book fairs at school! And Brooklynn's haircut is adorable

I remember thinking of all of you at BLT watching the fireworks on the 4th. I ended up going to the roof of the college library (with a ton of other people!) to watch the ones in Boston with Charles, my brother, and two other friends. We went swimming at my boyfriend's aunt's, too, so we kind of had the non-Disney version of what you guys had

I know Christine told you we were going to try to meet up, and we actually finalized plans already! We're meeting up in Boston two weeks from today and going to the aquarium and hanging out around the Faneuil Hall marketplace area, since they're pretty close together. We're really excited!

You guys will have a grand time, and we will get to see the fun pictures! :dance3: Maybe we'll send you a picture from Animal Kingdom.

Wow, the view from the top of BLT is amazing. Wouldn't it have been nice to stay in that moment all night!?!

I actually looked at prices for a room for just one night at Poly so we wouldn't have to take so long to get back to Pop after the festivities, but it was just too much.

Brooklynn's haircut is so cute!

That church lady was a bit over-zealous. Don't think a 4 year old needs to think that hard about SIN! The look on church-lady's face said it all.

OK, so now I must visit the BLT one day. How nice of your disfriends to invite you over to share in the 4th fun. Fireworks pictures are so hard, atleast you can tell they are fireworks! I always end up with just video, my pictures are always so dark!

On the 18th we are hoping to do character spot, soarin, test track, and nemo before making our way to ws for food and wine. If there is a certain time that would be good to meet up in the seas that could work. BTW thanks Jill for adding me on facebook.

I think I would have been better off with video, too. :goodvibes

We will probably go to The Seas fairly early, so let's plan to meet there sometime in the morning.

I love your fireworks pictures! My Wishes pictures came out terrible. I actually got one that was pretty good...on my phone. The ones on my camera were awful!

We have some drawings on the wall next to the basement stairs but they're not from me. They're from whoever lived here before us There's some random writing on the back of my bedroom door too.

We just made a date for our DIS meet! October 17 We're going to the aquarium. My mom's gonna go do something with one of her friends who lives around there while I hang out with Meg. We both get to spend time with a friend so it works out great We were talking about how cool this is gonna be even though it's hard to beat our AK and MK meets. I said this can be our fake Epcot meet and we can pretend we're at the Living Seas

Edit: I just noticed that Meg already posted about that

I have kept Drew's little drawings, but before him, the walls were drawing-less. We've lived in that house nearly 24 years, so we've done most of the damage to it ourselves.

Give us a phone number, and we'll send you guys a picture from Animal Kingdom.

Cute pool pics. Yay for gifts on the 4th. i thought ur fireworks pics were just fine. Love Brooklyn's hair. SO cute! Glad you got to spend some time with your girls!

Next time I see my sweet girls, we'll be on our way to Disney World! :woohoo:

LOVE Brooklynns haircut! What a big girl!!

So special that you were able to be there for grandparents' day.

When you go to 'Ohana for dinner next summer, make sure you have a VERY empty stomach! Everything is soooo delicious from beginning to end and there's a lot of food. YUM! It's my favorite dinner!

That is the trouble - I am not a big eater, but rather a grazer. If they'd let me nibble through several hours, I'd get my money's worth, but in one sitting - not gonna happen.

What a fun night at Casa Wigd & Shocker!

And I forgot to comment earlier, but I LOVE Beooklyn's hair. So sweet!

And a personal announcement: I am going to be an aunt again!!! My brother & his wife (Caroline's parents) are expecting. We of course are over the moon.

have a great day!!

A new baby is always exciting news. Congratulations!

We visited more than one of Wigd and Shocker's 'casas' this summer. :)

Yes, they sure will ! I think they do already and we haven't even left yet lol

I know those teenagers never meant for a firemen rescue to be a part of their trip!

Yes, we all got purses. :goodvibes

That was a grand view. Us litte Pop people made it all the way to the top on a big night!. :dance3:

All the pictures are great but this is my favourite! Amazing!

Your view of the fireworks would have been fantastic.

The view was excellent. Next time I see fireworks, I'll probably just go for video.

It sounds like you had a great weekend. I'm glad you got to spend time with your girls. Brooklynn's hair is so cute. She looks so grown up.

I love the swimming pictures at BLT. It looks like Brooklynn and Bella had a great time.

She is growing up. I just love hearing her talk and reason things out.

I'm sure the girls would have bene happy to stay at the pool the whole night.

Awwww Brooklynn's big girl haircut is adorable!!! It looks super bouncy I am sure she can still walk with purpose

Brooklynn certainly can have a purpose when it is to her benefit. She tried to sucker Jill out of giving her a popsicle for breakfast. ;)

I bet those fireworks were amazing from there. Very cool.

I don't mind that all of the churches are there but I wish they would keep their questions to themselves unless someone comes up to them to inquire.

There were several churches represented there, but lots of other boothhs and groups, too. This was the only one that was a little over-zealous. I think all Brooklyn heard was the Charlie Brown teacher 'Bwa bwa bwa' voice!

Your pics of the fireworks are just fine:thumbsup2 I have a fireworks setting on my camera & they still come out blurry!!

Very nice presents

Tanya not a Disney person I bet she is now

She will have to deal with the DIsney stuff or just move on. ;)

Thank you. I'll be leaving for Puerto Rico on Saturday the 9th (our 3 year anniversary) and returning on Tuesday the 12th just in time for the next term to start on the 13th.

Okay, I just didn't know if it was going to be a problem for you to get into Magic Kingdom.

You are talking my kind of food. I love bread pudding!

Did you hear us talking about you all the way from Middle TN to East TN???

I bet you guys are all ready to hit the sack at an early hour every night.

We definitely noticed your absence, in case you didn't see a few pages ago. Glad that all is well.

Great update! Your view was AMAZING. And, I love Brooklyn's haircut, too.
Does she like it? Abby got her haircut like that once (to be like me), but after 2 days said she wanted her long hair back. One year later, I think we are there.

I had told Jill before that I liked Brooklynn's hair shorter, because when I saw it in some old pictures, it looked fuller and bouncier.

I'm sure she will try many styles in the years to come.

All caught up. Brooklynn's hair is just so sweet. I really want to get Lexi's hair cut like that but she likes it long.

First thing, Brooklynn's haircut is adorable!! :cutie:

Wow, that view from the top is amazing! What a wonderful night you guys had :goodvibes

OMG!!!! I love, love, love Brooklyn's haircut!! So cute!!!!!!!!!!!

Hollie just walked in the room and said, "Awww, Brooklyn looks adorable! Are they coming back this weekend?" lol!!

Love the BLT pictures!!

You guys will have a grand time, and we will get to see the fun pictures! :dance3: Maybe we'll send you a picture from Animal Kingdom.

That would be awesome! I'll definitely PM you my cell # at some point. Do Brooklynn and Bella have a favorite sea animal that we could try to get a picture of? I don't know how well my pictures would turn out in certain areas (I remember parts of the aquarium being kind of dark), but between Christine and I, I'm sure we could manage to get a couple of decent pictures for your sweet girls :cutie:

Jill told her how many compliments she was getting on her new 'do'. It looks fuller and healthier like that. I love it!

We'll make it down there again one of these days between Disney trips. It could be that we might do that in January or February, just depending on what is going on with everyone, since we won't see Trent from December until March if we don't make a meet in the middle plan. We might try somewhere in The Panhandle, though. Since it will be the cold months, we'll be happy for some warmth and some beach time. We'll see later.

I'll ask, but they like to look at all animals, so they'll be thrilled with anything, I'm sure.
