From MK to Hoop Dee Doo Review

Not sure how much time to allow for taking the boat over to Fort Wilderness to get to our 8:30 show. What time should I leave MK? Also, since my tickets to the HDDR are showing on my MDE account, do I need to do anything else, or just show up with my magic band?

You want to get there around 8 because they take pictures before the show.the boat ride is about is about 20 minutes And then maybe a 10 minute walk. I would be at the boat dock at MK by 7:15 pm. There are things to do if you get there a little early. There is a petting zoo, there is a stable of horses where they keep the per herons that pull the trolleys at MK,and there is a trading post shop to check out. There is also a bar with rocking chairs on the porch where you can sit and wait . You will need your tickets for the show. You get these at your resort guest service desk, they are not on your magic band.

I believe that you can pick up your tickets at any WDW resort even if you're staying off site. If not, you can pick them up at the box office window located to the left of Pioneer Hall before going to the check-in station out front.
