Sorry. That's a real problem nowadays with ordering anything delivered or ride shares. In the old days, pizza was the only thing delivered and that was tipped in cash at the door after the delivery. It's nuts all the pre-paid tips.

We were going to use Uber in December and the cost was over $300 for the one way trip. We ended up renting a car which came out to about the same price (both ways with parking) and it was easier to manage our luggage.
