For those of you who, like me, had Jennifer O'Leary as your planner and now have Kathleen Reynolds, I just wanted to share my experience. I LOVED Jennifer as my planner and will miss her terribly 
. BUT, I had my first phone conversation with Kathleen yesterday and wanted to let you all know that I'm confident we are in great hands! 
She is very helpful, easy to work with, and definately knows what she's doing! I know it is tough for us to switch planners (depending on how close you are getting to your date), but I wanted to let you all know that I think she's great! We discussed all of my details and I had a few lingering questions that she said she'd work on. That was about 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon and I received an e-mail this morning with my answers! She's quick! 
So, if you're getting stressed about switching planners, I hope this might help you de-stress a bit!
