From DTD to Premium Outlets

Hi!
I'll be in WDW in less than two weeks!!
This is my 3rd oversea trip to Orlando (I live in Italy).
This time, I'd like to try the Orlando Premium Outlets which seems very closed to DTD. I'd like to take a TAXI so, here my questions:

- there is any TAXI hub/stand in DTD where I can find a cab without using the phone?
- same question as above but for Premium Outlet to come back to DTD
- how much it may costs a trip from DTD to Premium Outlets?

I've often taken taxis from DTD to the premium outlets...

-There's a taxi stand at DTD in the parking lot area. I think the stand is in back of the world of Disney store but I'm not positive.

-There's also a taxi stand at the premium outlets. It's also in the parking lot near Banana Republic.

-It has cost me between 10 and 15 dollars depending on traffic.
