From Dolphin to MK for KTKT

We are scheduled for a Keys to MK tour early on a non-early entry morning and need to be at the MK at 8am. We are traveling from the Dolphin and need info as to the best way to get to the park that early. Are busses running that early or should we take a cab. We will not have a car.
