I posted this on the recipe board, but didn't get any takers.........
Has anyone tried to make frittata in cupcake papers? (or greased muffin pans)I had seen a recipe for these awhile back, but was unsure if I wanted to try them. I am making fritatta for a breakfast party thing for work on Monday, and was going to make it in either a 12x9 or similar pan, but we have all kinds of people working here, and I didn't want to put ham, bacon, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic, etc in all of them, since someone may not eat those things (I eat them all, and want to put everything in some of them).
ANy tips, pros or cons would be appreciated.
Thanks
Elaine
