Have any of you ever used the Frio to keep your insulin cold? I want something small but effective. I need it to fit a few syringes and a Humalin bottle each day. We usually get a locker, so I could store most syringes there and just take 2-3 with me.

Last time we went in Dec 2011, my insulin seemed to quit working and the high was only in the low 80's.

My husband has also been using his for years and it has been working out great for all our trips.
I first found out about them on the Dis board. :thumbsup2

I don't carry insulin into the parks, but my Frio wallet works very well on the eight-plus hour trip there.

I don't think I would use Frio for long term storage of my spares, but it works great to keep the in use vial cold. Love it!

AWESOME!!

Thank you everybody!!!

frio is great - used it for years now - all over the caribbean to keep insulin cool. Also as an aside it works to keep insulin from freezing - we went on husky a dog safari in the artic - used it for that too
