Friends & family on mde?

Hello! Not sure where to post this so please move if there's a more appropriate forum!

So I have an odd question I'm wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation. My children and I are passholders. Their dad, my ex-husband, has finally bought an AP for himself and wants to take the kids soon. Is he able to book fastpasses for them without me having to link him in friends & family....because we're not exactly Disney friends! or is there a way for him to only have access to the kids accounts, and not mine?

If your kids have their own MDE and you don't manage it, then he can invite them individually and not invite you. He'll just send an invite to their email and they'll accept.

If you manage their MDE under your name then I'm 99% sure he would have to invite you since they don't have their own.

As far as I know then he would have to invite you to his MDE to be able to select the kids names. No other way of inviting them if he can't send them an invite without going through you

If you call Disney and ask for "my Disney experience" at the voice prompts, they can set all of this up for you without your ex husband having access to your account. Basically what they will do is add the children to both profiles. If he sets up new profiles for the children, it will cause issues within the Disney system. What needs to happen is he needs to know your name, full address on your Disney experience account and your email address. If you guys get along well enough, it would probably be best for you to call on three-way.
