Friends & Family Coupon - Magic Wands!

The Friends and Family coupon starts today (25% off online using the code Disneypal) and I just bought two Magic Wands. Of course, by the time I paid for shipping, it almost negated my discount, but at least I saved a few dollars! What I'm most excited about is packing the wands for our trip and NOT telling my daughters. When we get to the park, I'll let each DD pick out and buy a Made with Magic hat. My DH and I will then stealthily start using the wands to change the colors on their hats! Can't wait to see how long it takes for them to figure it out!

Once they've discovered the secret, we will hand the wands over to them to use for the rest of the trip.

Ooooh, I'm intrigued. Do you think 11 & 13 year olds that don't have Glow with the Show ears would like this? We plan on seeing Fantasmic and hopefully World of Color.

Waiting for Paint the Night, they had the best time playing with other park guests... even those on the other side of Main Street! I was surprised at how many teens had them. It was really one of the best memories of the trip!

You couldn't really tell that they were doing anything. A lot of the CMs walk the parade tour with them and will change guests' ears, but if the ears or wands react to the parade, we couldn't tell.

We have the ears and people always love trying to sneak up on us and change the colors. Pretty cool idea.
