Friend visiting at BWV while I'm there - question

If I have a friend come by the hotel to visit us while we are staying at the BWV, will they have any problems parking in the parking lot?
Is there a guard at the entrance - will my friend need any info to get in like my reservation number or something?

My sister from St. Pete always comes to visit us at our hotel. I always let the guard house know she is coming and about when. We haven't had a problem in the past.

We had some friends visit us while at OKW last month. We gave our friends our room number. Plus we called the guard shortly before the friends were due to arrive. No problem!

Ok, silly question, but I've never done this: how do I go about calling the guard (should I call down to bell services?)

Puffy, I just called the telephone operator & told the CM where I wanted to call. The CM transferred me.
