Fried Chicken anyone?

Is there anywhere on-site that does fried chicken......like kfc style, takeaway?

Ft Wilderness does Fried Chicken... at the Trails End (it is a buffet, but you can pack up a box and take it with you), they also serve this at the hoop-dee-doo.

but other than that, i think that the 50's Prime Time Cafe also does fried chicken, but i don't think it is for take out.

not sure of any other places??

Aunt Polly's used to have, many years ago, sandwiches and fried chicken (very, very good fried chicken, I might add). I think Cosmic Rays' did,too, and they may still (at the Cosmic Chicken station). The best fried chicken, now, is at 50's Prime Time, IMHO...not sure if they would do a "to go" dinner for you or not....you could ask.

I know that the food court at Port Orleans has it and it was pretty good. Not as good as 50's PT but good for takeout!

I second the fried chicken at 50's Prime Time. It's one of my favorite things there and you get a lot. If you don't want to eat their horrible green beans, ask for corn. Not much you can do wrong to canned corn.

I agree. When they turned that place into, essentially, an Ice Cream vendor I was very disappointed.

We used to go get chicken and "picnic" out on Tom Sawyer Island. And the stuff was just amazing (or at least, my memory of it is that it was amazing). It was cold, I think, and we'd get that and the apple pie (also amazing).

they have a fried chicken meal at POP food court a couple of nights a week for their moms night out meal. You get a leg and a breast with mashed potatoes and green beans in a metal TV dinner type tray. It wasn't the worlds best fried chicken, but it wasn't bad!
