Fridge question

I called and added a fridge to our res's at the CSR and the Contempory and they said that it would be a charge of $10/day. My sister made a res the same day , same time frame for AKL and they said the fridge would be free. Can someone explain this? Also, can we change our mind about the fridge once we get there or will we still have to pay for it?

We just returned from the Poly and had requested a refrigerator as soon as we heard they were being installed. We called Central Reservations and had it added to our room and this CM was "not sure" if there would be a charge since the refrigerators were not officially installed at the Poly, she said it would be up to the resort when we checked in. Needless to say, I was a little worried, but I thought I would fight to have if free if necessary. It is not my fault they are not installed there yet (at least this is what I was thinking). When we checked in, I asked if there was a charge for the refrigerator and he laughed and said "of course not". So do not worry about it, but just make sure when you check in to ask to have the fee waived.(if they even charge you a fee). Too bad the main reservation people have not all received the same information.
