Do all of the rooms at Port Orleans Riverside have mini-fridges?
Do they all have microwaves?
Do they all have actual coffee mugs? Or only styrofoam?

Yes the room will have a fridge. No microwave in the room but one you can use in the foodcourt. Styrofoam cups in the room.

At the main pool yes, at the quiet pools no. You can always get extras at the main pool or take your room towels and ask mousekeeping for more.

Here is the setup for the coffeemaker/cups at POFQ, which is the sister resort to POR. You will have the same setup at POR.

As you can see, you will be provided with styrofoam cups.

Dear Mrs. Bee

If you are concerned about coffee mugs I would consider purchaseing a refillabe mug for your stay. If you are planing to spend much time at the Resort they are well worth the money. By the way I read your trip report and Living in Southern and Northern California I have been to Disneyland many times. Once I took my first trip to WDW in 1972 I was hooked and I sure DH will be to.
