FRIDGE IS LOST! Hoppin' @ Pop Fridge CLOSED!

Just got a text from churchpilot who is there now. He has not been able to locate the fridge, either. I sent him a picture of it, so hopefully, that will help. I'll keep the thread updated as I find out more information.

Churchpilot is currently @ Pop. He has been there for a week and has not been able to retreive the fridge from luggage services. He has been going every day, to no avail.

Any of you have been recently and can fill in the gaps between his trip and when the fridge was last seen, would be appreciated. I've left text messages and PM's for the last 2 swappers.

Being in this situation, reminds me that it's very important to have the box labeled (clearly and visible) when it goes into luggage services. It's even better if you can arrange a face-to-face swap with the next swapper.

I'll post again when the fridge is found and back on track.

Yes, the fridge was put back into LS yesterday, until the next swapper picks it up. It is still in the box, with alot of tape around the edges of it. I think one thing that helped identify it for the LS staff, was I mentioned that it was the "Hoppin' @ Pop" fridge, and they remembered seeing it. It is clearly labeled with that title, and Julie's (swap organizer) name/info on the box. It's best if you write the next swappers info. in marker, so that it will be seen more easily on the side. Try to take packing tape with you to help get it well sealed up before returning it to LS.

Thanks for the second swap opportunity! Maybe it will be there for my next trip as well!

Thanks for the update! I'm glad we've gotten it back and it's back on track.

I will try to remember to remind swappers to mention the actual name of the swap when they are picking them up from LS.
