At this point, I don't think there is a toaster. I am considering buying (an inexpensive) one and donating it to the swap when I'm down there in early December.

You are welcome to sign up now and if we end up not replacing the toaster, you can always drop out.

Thanks to nicolem05, we've got new pictures of the fridge for our swap.

Looks like we need to repair our box or get a new one!

People have signed the top. I haven't seen the fridge, so I don't know if others have signed the front & sides, too, or not.

Hopefully, I'll see the fridge in person in 3 weeks. If you are there using the fridge between now and then, and we need something (labels, Sharpies, etc.) let me know and I'll bring them along.

2009 is filled with the exception of 12/22-24. Let's get 2010 filled!

Unfortunately, I've just gotten a PM from stini228 and she did not get the fridge from nicolem05 as she had arranged and it was put into luggage services. Well, LS has no idea what stini228 is talking about and therefore, she rented a fridge.

I'll keep on top of the next few swappers and see if the fridge re-appears. If not, I'll be down there 12/3-6 and will spend some time trying to find it.

Fridge is missing...again!

It is imperative, if you are leaving the fridge with luggage services, that it be labeled with the next swapper's name and information in large letters and in a location that LS can quickly identify it when that swapper arrives to claim it. I don't want to "call anyone out", but doing this will ensure that the swap will continue and those signed up will have the fridge they are expecting.

I'm sure we'll get the fridge back and the swap will continue. This is just a small bump in the road.

I would recommend having a picture of the fridge/box either printed out or on your phone, so you can show it to the luggage services people. Also, be sure to have my contact information with you. If you need it, PM me and I'll send it to you...

are you getting both the fridge and coffee maker or just the fridge?

If I remember correctly, you get them on
Dec 4th...........correct?

we are not checking out until the 5th, but we took what we could get.........



I would assume we'll be at one of the parks when you arrive. We could leave the fridge with luggage services or meet in person when we get back from the park that day. It's up to you.
