OK! Here is a picture of our frig from last August 09 and by now it more than likely has alot more names on it!

Now here's a picture I took of Both the frig box and coffee box back in August 2009!

OK! Now I'm going to work on uploading the pics of the frig we have from the other swap now! I'm not making any promises about now since it's 2:29am it depends how long my pics take to upload then load to photbucket! Butr I will have it by tommorrow .

So my scanned isn't cooperating right now so I took these pics off my cell they are the best I can do until I cn get my scanner to work and read my memory card! OK! I'm home!

Mickeyfan I have the other swaps coordinators name and number if you need it again. I'm sorry I couldn't help I guess the other swapper didn't want to be bothered but if we do relocate our frig I don't remember if our frig has it there or not but I thought it was a good idea on the actual top of the frig there is a piece of paper taped on with all the info of the swap coordinator and how to contac her that is 1 way I noticed it wasn't our frig! 2 I noticed after a few days that it wasn't signed because all of us swappers that have had the frig signed it to make it unique and see who all it went through.

On another note Mickeyfan I would like to be put back on the swap for next summer the dates are 8/19/2010 til 8/30/2010 I will PM you the confirmation number and phone number tommorrow after I check page one and make sure those dates are indeed available! Thanks again for taking over the swap!!! Sorry I couldn't be more help! I actually think I may have a pic of the frig from last yr with the signatures Ill post if I do so all know what it looks like! I see my dates are available for 2010 so I will PM you the rest of the info!

Goofy22: Welcome home! Thanks for all that you did and tried to do about the fridge mess. I've talked to Monica (former swap leader) and we'll go with the fridge we have (unless a miracle occurs) at least until I get there in 2 weeks.

If you could send me the other swap's leaders info, that would be great. I'll work on calling her this week. Of course, they may not have our fridge. Someone else, entirely, may have it. Thanks for the pics of the wrong fridge box. I have the pics of our boxes.

I'll put you on the swap list for next summer. Were they offering bounceback for Pop?

Yes! They were offering Free Dining Bounce Back again starting 8/15 thru 9/30/2010! Here's the flyer.

I've been adding new people to the swap as I receive requests. Just not many requests right now.

I'm getting ready to leave in about a week, so I'll make sure everything is A-OK when I'm down there! I'm taking supplies to make sure the box is in decent shape and to put my information on the box since I'm leading the swap now.

Attention swappers: If you could shoot me a quick text when you pick up the fridge, just to let me know you've got it and if it's correct and if anything is missing or broken, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

As I understand it, yes
Drop it off at Luggage services with their info taped to the box:
Please hold for Guest (name of primary person on reservation)
Arriving( their arrival date)
Reservation Number (ressie number)

Also, it would be a good idea to make sure this info is clearly visible on the box and remove any old info on there.

Yes you do!
This is exactly what you do and if possible catch the name of the CM that you give the boxes to in case they can't be found then you have the name and that cm maybe able to locate the boxes it has worked in a few cases the CM I gave the boxes to was Aboud I don't think I will ever forget that because it's different
