Friday night at the Pin Event - Cont or Epcot?

I am meeting my Pin Trading friend from Japan on Friday at WDW.

I thought we could meet at the Contemporary, but now am wondering if everyone plans to go to the Contemporary or just plans to stay at Epcot and trade there.

What does everyone plan to do and what is everyone thinking for that night.

Currently I am planning to head over to Port Orleans for the Central Jersey Pin Traders Home away from Home meet. We have been to a couple of their meets and have enjoyed them.

I was thinking of doing that too, just because I would like to meet some of the dizpins folks and that may be my first opportunity. I know they are getting together at AS Music (which is where I'm staying!) on Saturday night, but I'm imagining that GPA II will take up most of our time that night.

Anyone else want to come with us?

GPAII is having a meet at Adventurer's Club starting at 10 I believe. That's where I'm going to be. Before that, I will be just flying into Orlando.

They are going to say OMG the Pin Freaks have returned....I can't wait.. I had such fun with them last time I was there...

I think the Adventurer's Club Meet is on Thursday night. Unfortunately I will get there too late to attend. Especially as I have to get up early so I can register in the AM.

I'm going to the Luau at the Poly. Anyone else going to be there? I am on my own for the weekend.

I am hoping to get there earlier than anticipated on Friday.

When you're right, you're right Dom. Thanks for straightening me out. Now I get to find something to do on Friday night. I think I will head over to the AC anyway. I love that place. Besides, I need pictures for my scrapbook.

When does the pin meet start at Port Orleans? Does anyone know?

Due to the number of people from our group (CJDPT) attending the pin event it was decided that we should have a meet in addition to our regular meet that will be taking place in NJ at the same time!
It would be an honor for me to have as many of you my friends there with us on Friday evening! We have some surprises in store but you'll have to come and be with us to find out exactly what they are...
Also if you are interested in attending please just post a reply here so that I can get some handle on how many of you may be coming!
