[color=3300ff]This week's FLP hottie is the Irish bad boy Colin Farrell. Someone mentioned his new movie Phone Booth that's coming out soon and I thought he'd brighten our Friday so enjoy. :teeth:

Bio: Colin studied acting at the Gaiety School of Drama in Dublin, but dropped out to pursue his acting career. He was soon cast as Danny Byrne in the popular BBC series Ballykissangel. He also had featured roles in Dierdre Purcell's miniseries Falling for a Dancer and Tim Roth's directorial debut, The War Zone. Actor Kevin Spacey noticed Colin's riveting performance as an autistic boy in the play, In a Little World of Our Own, at the Donmar Warehouse in London and suggested him for a role in Thaddeus O'Sullivan's gangster movie, Ordinary Decent Criminal.
Colin's big break came when director Joel Schumacher cast him in the lead role in his Vietnam War era movie, Tigerland. Colin's performance as Private Roland Bozz earned him the Best Actor award from the Boston Society of Film Critics and Hollywood began to take notice. He was soon cast as Jesse James in the hip western, American Outlaws. A slew of movies followed, including another Joel Schumacher film, Phone Booth. He has worked with such stars as Bruce Willis in Hart's War, Tom Cruise in Minority Report, Al Pacino in The Recruit, and Ben Affleck in Daredevil.
Through it all Colin has remained close to his family, often bringing them on location with him ...and crediting them with helping him to keep his feet on the ground and his heart in Ireland. He continues to live in the Irishtown section of Dublin, and does not seem to be fond of the Hollywood hype. He has said that if it all ended tomorrow, he wouldn't care. Acting is just a job...one he seems to be very good at.
